Moisture Assessment Package

Objective field measurements added to the visual inspection. Documents moisture conditions at accessible locations and establishes a baseline for follow-up comparison — creating measurable data instead of relying solely on visual impressions.

Ambient relative-humidity and temperature readings
Non-destructive moisture-meter readings at walls, floors, ceilings
Photograph of meter/readout with tested area identified
Location log for each reading
Photos/video of staining, condensation, and water intrusion

Moisture Control & Stabilization

When elevated humidity is documented and the client authorizes action, KAMAR can place dehumidification equipment to reduce airborne moisture and help stabilize interior conditions. This is moisture control — not mold remediation.
